An attic apartment in the old town of Sorico, at the northernmost tip of Lake Como.

The private terrace opens onto the lake and the snow-capped Valtellina mountains. Breakfast, aperitivo and dinner all slow down here.

Inside the attic keeps its original character: exposed wooden beams in the living area, bedroom and even bathroom, with a skylight framing the mountains. The interior plays with a travel theme (a telescope, maritime prints, an antique lake map) balanced by botanical wallpaper that brings the green of the shores inside.

Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and SMEG retro fridge, king-size bed, walk-in shower, air conditioning, large TV, WiFi. The sofa bed in the living room adds two extra sleeping spots, up to four guests.

Two mountain bikes are reserved for guests, with bike storage on the ground floor. Walking distance: tennis, beach volley, lakeside bar, bakery, pharmacy, market. Ten minutes by car: Domaso (windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing), Mount Berlinghera (hiking), Pian di Spagna nature reserve (birdwatching).
